Quotes
A quote given here is an estimate based on what you describe. If the space turns out to be different in a way that changes the price, we tell you before doing the work, never after.
Scheduling and cancellation
A requested date is confirmed by us before it is final. Plans change; let us know as early as you can and we will rearrange.
Our work
Cleaners are vetted and insured. If something is not right, tell us and we come back to make it right.
Payment
Agreed in writing with the quote, before the service happens. No surprise charges.
